Have you read part 1: less crowded and cute cafes to study in Houston? This is the part 2 of where I share best 5 places to study in Houston with strong Wi-Fi.
Like I mentioned in the less crowded and cute places to study in Houston post, photogenic and beautiful cafe interiors do make a difference emotionally; but most importantly, having a strong Wi-Fi, good parking and quiet places are even better qualities in this case. Since you are looking for a place to study in Houston, you wouldn’t want to worry about other things that might bother you from doing so. That’s why I gathered this list so you don’t have to. These places are all a go on my list to study in Houston and I hope it works for you as well :)
1. Blkdog Coffee
This place is so beautiful! Perfect place to study, very quiet and relaxing. It feels like you are inside of a drama or a movie. A lot of drinks to choose from as well as desserts like soft tiramisu crepe! I got the chocolate chip frappuccino and I could taste chocolate chip blended inside which was so good. The parking is spacious and their Wi-Fi is fast and strong. I totally recommend studying here since it’s less crowded too. Cozy vibes! The staffs are friendly. Their A/C can be cold so make sure to bring a sweater.
2. Starbucks (Katy Freeway Location)
Starbucks is generally known as a great place to study but this Katy Freeway location is the place if you are looking for which Starbucks. My regular go-to one used to be the 24 hours Post Oak Galleria location. But this Katy Freeway location is way more less-crowded, clean and spacious (they have a study space at the back too - not shown in the photo). The interior is beautiful and the staff are energetic and friendly. Wi-Fi is strong and great place to get some work done for a long period of time. Last time I saw a Starbucks that was beautiful inside like this was in New York and Dallas. They blast the A/C so it may be freezing. Bring a sweater!
3. Land of Thousand Hills Coffee & Bakery
This cozy cafe is located in Cypress in Towne Lake. If you haven’t been to Towne Lake, it’s a good place to check out! It's family-friendly and they have a boardwalk with a beautiful view. The inside air temperature to study or get work done is perfect at Land of Thousand Hills. Country house vibes with wooden interior. The Wi-Fi is strong and fast but it resets every 2 hours. For this, you have to get a ticket from the counter. House-made pastries and wide selection of beverages like coffee, tea and frappuccino.
4. Panera Bread (Westheimer Location)
I never really eat panera bread but this new location totally changed my mind! The outside looks sturdy with cozy lights in the patio. The inside is bright, spacious and clean. Westheimer Panera Bread has comfy sofa booths, high top tables and low table areas.. for everyone! It’s a perfect place to study in Houston because it’s less crowded, has strong Wi-Fi, the music level and temperature is just right.
You can either order using the touchscreen or in-person. The variety of food and beverages Panera Bread had surprised me! There are sandwiches, salad, soup, smoothie, coffee, bagels, and many more. I got the new seasonal strawberry caprese salad and mac n cheese. It comes with bread or chips. The service is fast and salad was delicious! I really liked the salad dressing. The combine two portion was perfect for one person. They have a strong Wi-Fi connection and I totally recommend Panera Bread Westheimer location if anyone who wants to get work done in some quiet space!
Located in the Westchase Houston area, Cafetopia reopened with a new cafe with longer store hours till evening. Minimal interior design with plants and definitely cozy vibes with pastel colors. The interior reminds me of Honey Art Cafe in Houston. Their crepe cakes are popular due to the quality and it’s each layers are soft, moist, and not too sweet which I understand why people love. Awesome place to study in Houston since it’s clean, quiet, not too crowded, and has a private strong Wi-Fi. Their A/C can be a little cold!
