4 Benefits of Drinking Water

Happy Wednesday!
How was your day today? Mine went pretty good :) Got a high A on my cumulative exam! Yay!

And... I know you drank more than 1 cup of water today.
Yes! We drink water everyday! 

But did you know that there are a LOT of benefits for both of us just by drinking water?


​1. Fresh

I drink water over 2 Liters every day. Why? Because it freshens me up! 
Water not only wakes me up to start my day, but also brightens my day!
*My favorite is lemon water!* (where you squeeze the lemon into the water) 

2. Digestion
Drinking water helps digest food and supports body circulation. 
Your body is made of water! It needs water!
That's why you get thirsty throughout the day or while eating food.

3. Healthy
Have you ever experienced where you did not drink enough water, so you felt dizzy or nauseous?
Being healthy should be the FIRST thing that matters in your life.
Trust me, struggling with sickness is NOT fun; and sick body requires time and money.... (yep)
 
4. Cleanse
Did you know that drinking water prevents aging and helps your face to be healthy?
Well, if you don't drink a lot of water, and is reading this post, this one is a great motivation for you!

Personal Tip: I did not enjoy drinking water before. Did not know why we should drink water so often. 
Years ago, I had a digestion problem where my upper stomach would constantly hurt for some reason... The doctor told me I should drink at least 2L of water everyday. Wasn't easy, but I tried. After practicing over a month, my body felt so much lighter and problems I had were gone!!
