Right after my 4 days in Boston, I took the train for about two and a half hours and arrived in New Haven. This was my first time riding Amtrak & wow, it was awesome. They had these comfortable seats with free Wi-Fi & charging stations. More, you can see the beautiful views of the wild. Not those common city views, but lakes, rivers, & bridges! I mean is it just me or what? I see everyone traveling to major cities like New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, or Seattle, but I haven't really saw anyone traveling to or writing about New Haven! While New Haven isn't the perfect destination for trendy restaurants or cafe, it's definitely an incomparable city to observe the architecture & nature. So here are the top 6 fun things to do in New Haven. As y'all know, I left to Boston right after my graduation! Check out my graduation post here. In Boston, I stayed in Hotel Commonwealth. It was more exciting for me because this was my first time in Boston! This 4-star hotel is definitely a great choice if you want to visit all the major districts in Boston. All of the Boston attractions are in a good walking and driving distance from Hotel Commonwealth Boston. Once you enter the hotel, the staffs greets you with smiles, and you will feel welcomed by the decorative lobby. The room we booked was spacious enough for three people. Wi-Fi isn't the fastest, but everywhere you go, they have free wi-fi so no biggie! Below 12 are the places I visited throughout my 4 days in Boston. 4 days isn't the longest time but I think I have seen almost everything 'first-time' travelers should see. Boston vibe is totally different from Houston, which was interesting! So let's get right into it!
