Houston is the perfect place to plan a bar hopping trip with friends. We know it's challenging to set aside the time to enjoy each others company in this day and age, but it's always worthwhile to make memories with your friends! With all of the new destinations popping up around town as far as restaurants, lounges, and cocktail bars go...there are endless opportunities to let loose. It's up to you to choose which ones you're going to head to! Taking advantage of professional transportation is the best way to ensure convenience, fun, and safety for everybody who is involved in the trip. What kind of person wants to offer up their sobriety to play designated driver? All jokes aside, it isn't necessary with a chauffeur along for the ride! Unlike using a local ride share service, you aren't going to be limited to one or two bars with a party bus or limousine along for the ride. **This post contains affiliate links. 1. Tongue-Cut Sparrow This is a hidden gem that is found above Pastry War downtown. When we say hidden, we mean the only source of signage is the logo on the door, creating a speakeasy vibe. There are free snacks to enjoy at the bar and many different places to relax like their fireplace. The jazz music sets the perfect ambiance. I have shared this place in my previous post along with 11 other new restaurants if you want to check it out! 2. Rose Gold If you're somebody who enjoys craft cocktails and dancing, this will be one of your new favorite spots. Here, you'll find locals dancing to upbeat music and enjoying drinks like the False Idols made with house-made mango infused vodka. 3. King's Bierhaus This German style beer garden is especially fun! It offers games like corn hole, ping pong, and human sized Jenga for entertainment along with food and drink. It's a great way to introduce some friendly competition to your bar hopping group! 4. NettBar In the spirit of mixing physical activity and alcohol, we're proud to recommend this destination in Houston. There are board games, Bocce ball, ladder golf, and a huge outdoor patio that's perfect for taking advantage of the mild weather. Whenever a train is visible from the bar, they offer $2 shots...so come on out! 5. East End Hardware This is a brand new bar located in East Downtown. It's perfect for the summer considering they specialize in variations of alcoholic snow cones. If you're feeling hungry, you can't go wrong with one of their freshly pressed panini. (And no, they don't sell hardwares!) 6. Craft Beer Cellar This retail space and bar have over 5,000 square feet of beer to choose from. It's fun to create your own six pack to take home, and there are over 50 taps to peruse. Their peanut butter stout won the Houston Beer Bracket, a prestigious local beer award. A Houston Texas Party Bus is sure to elevate your Houston bar hop experience. Booking a day trip around to these spots on a weekday will allow you to take advantage of lower rates, so be sure to keep this in mind, and have a great time. So those were the 6 new bar hopping destinations in Houston. I personally want to try King's Bierhaus first! What about you? Last time I bar hopped, it was on 6th street in Austin. Bar hopping is fun, but if you are looking for safety and fun for a big group, booking the party bus sounds like a great idea! What do you think? What are some of your favorite bars around your area? Would love to hear your recommendations! This post was sponsored by H Town Limos. |
