We all (especially women) have those moments where we buy our shampoo and conditioner on the same day but end up using our shampoo way faster than the conditioner!!
Don't throw away the conditioner just yet. There are surprisingly a lot of uses with the conditioner! If you haven't checked out my last post on 4 Benefits of Drinking Water, click here to read. Without further ado, let's get right into these 5 smart uses of your leftover conditioner!
1. Using as a shaving cream
What's better to use than a professional softener: conditioner when shaving your legs? (when you are out of shaving cream ... or not) I used to use just regular body wash but it wasn't the best since the bubbles wouldn't last long. Conditioner is definitely creamy like the shaving cream so it would be a good alternative! 2. Unclogging drains The smooth texture of conditioner will work as a factor to unclog your drains. Just pour some conditioner, wait for 10-20min, and then run hot water for 3-5min! (I tried this few days ago, and it actually works!!!!) Click here for the actual product that unclogs drains. 3. Soften or clean makeup brushes You have to regularly clean your makeup brushes if you do makeup everyday. (sanitation purposes) The brushes tend to get dirty or clumpy with bunch of different makeup. Conditioner is made to soften you hair, so it will also soften your brushes! :) You can also use any soapy material like face wash as well.
4. Removing your makeup
No need to panic when you use all of your makeup remover! Conditioner will do the same deed because it contains oil inside. It will loosen up your waterproof makeup and you can rinse it with water after!
5. Washing any delicate clothes you own
You should never put your delicate sweaters, Victoria Secret lingeries, underwear, and others in the washer! It will ruin your clothes, and ruin other clothes as well. Instead, you should hand-wash them! This will prevent your clothes from getting messed up.
Hope these uses helped!
