Here we go, Monday Motivation!
Being hungry all the time (me) isn't always a good thing. Especially when you crave snacks at night after eating dinner. Sometimes you could get a cheat day, but these late night snacks can be addicting, and I am here today to help you not to eat them. So let's get right into these 4 tips to not eat late night snacks.
1. Eating dinner early.
Start eating dinner from 4-5 pm.
I usually like eating super slow while playing games (candy crush & hayday) or watching Netflix.
Eat until you can not eat.
For me, I will finish eating everything (main meal & dessert) around 6-7 pm. Then, I will brush my teeth and yay! I am not hungry anymore :)
Sleeping will make you less hungry. It also burns calories while you sleep.
Eating late night snacks = gain weight & regret
gain weight & regret = awful, no beach
no beach = sad summer
Not eating late night snacks = a bit hungry (think about what to eat the next morning)
next morning = super hungry
super hungry = eat a lot
eat a lot in the morning = super energy
super energy = work hard play hard
4. Looking at food colored in blue. It suppresses your appetite.
I won't post the pictures here since that is a bit cruel.
But if you want to look at them, here.
Naturally red makes people hungry, while blue does not.
If you substitute color "blue" on any food that is not blue, it will make you not want to eat.
Examples include pizza, spaghetti, strawberry, or pasta. If some of these food were colored in blue, it would not make me excited to eat..
